This is a smoke free, pet free unit.
This unit has been repainted white, new laminated wood flooring in the living and bedrooms, and new cermic tile in the
rest of the apartment. New window blinds, baseboard heaters, dishwasher, counter tops, hot water heater and new ceiling fan
in the living room.
