This apartment is rented. This is a no pets, no smoking building.
This is a two bedroom unit with back door leading onto a shared patio. It has been completely re furbished.
We started on Feb.1, 2013 by pulling out all the old carpeting and vinyl flooring. Then we pulled all the nails
and staples out of the sub flooring and removed all the wood trim. We started removing drywall on the exterior
walls on Feb.9.
We remove all the drywall around the outerwalls and ceiling and had foam installion sprayed to
help with energy cost and to help reduce sounds from above. We also removed and installed new doors on both the front and
the back
We added a new storm door to the front door.

New kitchen cabinets and new appliances were installed in December 2014

The apartment is finished and we are currently using it as a office for the building.
