The kitchen, living and bedrooms foors were replaced with real hard wood during the remodeling. New
stove, dishwasher, stove hood and countertop.were also added. All window treatments in the apartment were replaced in
2012.
Bathroom had new ceramic flooriing, new cabinet, sink, toilet, lights and shower doors installed in
2012.

shelves and ample desk space for computer and papers.
Large sunny living room. All new electric baseboard heaters with wall mounted thermostats.
